TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Payment Terms
All pods and van conversions must be paid for via bank transfer.
A non-refundable deposit of two-thirds (2/3) of the total cost is required at the time of booking. The remaining one-third (1/3) must be paid prior to collection.
No booking slot will be secured until the deposit has been received in full.
2. Completion & Collection
Full payment must be received before any vehicle or completed work leaves the workshop.
3. Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable in the event that the customer cancels the booking after a drop-off slot has been allocated.
4. Vehicle Drop-Off
Vehicles must be delivered at the agreed date and time.
Failure to do so may result in a charge of £50 per day, unless prior notice is given and accepted.
5. Design & Materials
Board and carpet colour selections must be confirmed before materials are ordered. Changes cannot be made once materials have been purchased.
Designs provided are fixed and cannot be altered. This ensures quality and consistency across all builds.
6. Changes to Work Specification
Once work has commenced, the agreed specification cannot be changed.
Any additional or altered work requests may need to be scheduled separately and could be subject to additional charges.
7. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, we do not accept responsibility for any loss or damage to vehicles left outside the workshop premises.
8. Pricing
Prices listed on our website are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
However, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.
9. Consultations
Initial consultations via messaging or workshop visits are provided free of charge, within reasonable limits.
